Billy Goat Tavern is an old Chicago favorite... in need of remodeling

The burgers are great and prices are right but the place could use a bit of a pick me up. Only real complaint is that this is probably the ONLY restaurant in the country where the large is a 12 oz. cup. No fried, just chips.
